Delivery Information

Placed an order? We can’t wait to deliver your package!
Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, and not from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t worry, we’re on it.

Booking is open from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

Collections

We are an eCommerce store, but if you would prefer to collect your order, you are welcome to, but please arrange with us first.

Delivery Times & Prices

For all orders placed and paid for with a credit/debit card, the following day will be considered the first working day. For orders placed via Bank Transfer or EFT, please allow 2 working days for the money to reflect before your order is processed. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched within 2 working days of when they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible. Even we need sleep! Our products are made with love by hand, so if you order a back-ordered item, please allow a week for production and curing time.

*Packed weight = the gross weight of products and all packaging materials.

Main City centres are: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Pretoria and Pietermaritzburg. All other addresses in South Africa are considered Regional Orders.

Track Your Parcel

Our service couriers will deliver the parcel at your requested address, and you will have to sign for it, we think that’s the safest way to go! You can track your parcel with your given waybill number on thecourierguy.co.za. Your waybill number will be generated upon sending and will be sent to you via email.
